I believe we are made for renewal. I have found that we can have a fruitful life that blossoms in every season regardless of life's obstacles or age. That is why learning the skills to strengthen and enhance our body, mind, and spirit is not only healthy but essential for a well-balanced life. I teach personal and corporate Yoga and I also design custom workouts that include cardio, strength, and Yoga to fit your lifestyle and fitness level. I offer the flexibility of 90-minute sessions 1-2 times a week. My workouts are personally designed for you and combine cardio/strength interval training and Yoga for a complete workout and high-calorie burn. I can train you to feel confident whether you are working out in a gym, at home or on the road. I would love to help you grow the next New Leaf in your life!
